What is the best way to make contact?
We most prefer contact via email, you can reach us at email@example.com. Alternatively, you can send us a message through our Contact Us page, and we will respond as soon as possible.
What are your businesses open hours?
Enquiries can be made any day during the week via online contact, and our studio is open to the public on Thursdays.
Do you have studio open hours, where people can come and visit?
Our studio is open on Thursdays from 9.30am to 2.30pm and 3.30pm to 5.30pm. If you need to visit the studio outside these hours, this can be organised via appointment only.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes, we do! Please head over to our Wholesale Information page to read more about becoming a wholesale stockist of Chalkdust Fine Arts. From there, you can be directed to the wholesale application page.
Do you do markets or pop ups?
Both! You can find our upcoming market and pop-up dates on the Studio & Markets page of our website.
Can I commission you to do a custom artwork?
Not yet, sorry! We can working towards this, please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when commission artwork options are opened!
Do you teach?
Not at current! We are working towards providing teaching opportunities, please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when Belinda is available for classes and one-on-one learning.
Item & Shipping Specific
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Absolutely we do. If your product was not what you were expecting, arrived damaged, or didn't fit we are happy to organise returns (return shipping fees apply) and provide you with a refund for your item costs. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long do orders take to process + reach the post office?
Our processing times are currently 3-4 days. Once your items have arrived at the post office, the shipping time is out of our hands and you will need to track your parcel via the shipping correspondence you received via email.
What are the usual shipping times?
We can only provide approximate shipping time-frames as it is dependent on the third-party who is delivering your parcel. Standard shipping is anywhere from 4-7 business days, whilst Express Shipping is usually 2-4 days. (Applicable to Australia-Wide shipping only, International shipments would entail longer timeframes.)
What do we do if our parcel hasn't arrived?
Please contact Belinda via email if your parcel has not arrived and we will follow up with the delivery companies to resolve this.
